By accessing or using the LGA Underwriting platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LGA Underwriting is a construction underwriting and gate screening platform designed for luxury real estate projects. The Service provides property analysis, risk assessment, cost estimation, scheduling, and reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or bulk-download data from the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform (property details, estimates, reports, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Gate screening results, risk analyses, cost estimates, and other outputs are informational tools and do not constitute professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. You should independently verify all results and consult qualified professionals before making investment or construction decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGA Underwriting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LGA Underwriting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered users.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
